I didn’t start this to impress anyone. I started it because I had something to say. Still do.
I’ve lived through addiction. I’ve fought my way out. I’ve reversed Type 2 diabetes. I’ve learned the hard way that healing hurts, change is messy, and grace shows up when you're barely hanging on.
This blog is where I’ll tell those stories. The highs. The crashes. The in-between days when I didn’t know which way was up. I’ll share what’s real. what worked, what didn’t, and what I learned when everything else broke down.
If you’re in the middle of your fight, against addiction, against illness, against the voices that tell you you’re too far gone. I want you to know: you’re not. Not even close.
God hasn’t let go of me. And he hasn’t let go of you either.
You’re not broken beyond repair. You’re not too late to start again. There’s hope. And it’s not soft or fluffy. It’s gritty. It’s fierce. It’s possible
