Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility Window
You may return or exchange most items within 14 calendar days of the day your package shows “delivered” (that’s two weeks). After 14 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible, items must be:

unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them;
in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included;
free of odors, stains, pet hair, or alterations.

Non‑returnable items (unless defective on arrival):

Perishable goods
Personal‑care items
Final‑sale or clearance products marked “Non‑returnable”

3. Return Procedure

Email us at ashley@ashleyyork.com with your order number to request a return.
We’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack the item securely; use any carrier you prefer at your expense; include the RMA number inside the package; ship within 7 days of RMA approval. We recommend a tracked service—lost returns cannot be refunded (keep your receipt!).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Original and return shipping fees are non‑refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days post‑approval, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at ashley@ashleyyork.com.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

Verify with your bank or card issuer (processing times vary).
